Reflex Nutrition Muscle Bomb 600g Grapefruit

I usually buy Reflex products. They're usually slightly cheaper than other brands and they work well and usually taste great, however, not in this case. Just from opening the seal on the bottle you can smell a sour chemical odour that makes you gag. I mixed a single scoop into 350ml of water and tried my hardest to drink it. I tried taking tiny sips, I tried taking bug gulps, I tried holding my nose, I tried mixing with other things. Nothing worked. In the end I was only able to drink about 150ml before having to discard the other 200ml. I took this about 40mins before going to the gym and did actually notice a slight increase in my performance. I don't know if this is a direct effect of the pre-workout or if it was placebo, but I definitely could do slightly more work. Bottom line: if you somehow manage to drink it, you will see a decent performance boost in your workouts.

As a 48 year old male training since I was 16 I have used several prepump / preworkout drinks over the years. I have always noticed goods results from these prepump / preworkout drinks. I am not really bothered about the taste, the smell or the mixability - basically I couldn't care less about any of these. All I want from a preworkout is to give me the focus in my training so that I can train with heavy weights and get a huge pump so that my muscles look bigger and fuller after my workouts. Tried this preworkout for the first time for my workout last night. When using other prepump / preworkout drinks I would feel my muscles getting pumped after the first few heavy sets. However with this preworkout I did not seem to feel the same pump. What I did notice however was that the weights that I was lifting increased significantly and that I had a lot more energy to push me through the last few reps of each set. After my workout my muscles looked fuller and bigger than they have for a long time. Not only that but I seem to have a lot more energy today and I have a lot more focus and concentration at work. This stuff is UNBELIEVABLE.

Fantastic Preworkout! really high levels of the typical preworkout ingredients, higher than any others i've found around this price range and the flavour is actually not bad too somehow, i've switched to the non caffiene version now just for health since i now love coffee but this is irreplaceable when it comes to a good session and maintaining energy through compound lifts!

I've had many different pre-workouts over the years, some have been very good, others terrible! Muscle Bomb is my favourite by far, great energy, endurance, pumps and everyone�s favourite the tingles! It allows me to keep on going, I have to force myself out of the gym. I don�t have any crashes or come downs so there�s another bonus! Overall a great product, will be buying again!
