This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.
Consume 1 serving per day, ideally post-workout.
Mix 25g with 150ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. 150ml is recommended for optimal taste but these are guidelines and more or less water can be added to suit your preference.
Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams.
