So far so good, I feel energized it's too soon to tell if I'm losing weight but I'm hopeful. Pills are rather large, brown colored and the liquid inside is sweetish and almost has a nutty flavor and stings if you leave it in your mouth too long but as far as I've found this nothing to worry about so if anyone is experiencing this don't worry about it.
