OstroVit Extra Green Detox is a comprehensive dietary supplement that contains 11 valuable ingredients, including plant extracts, apple fiber or inulin. It is a preparation available in a convenient powder form, created for people who care about a healthy and beautiful appearance and supplementing their daily diet with valuable compounds. Apple fiber - natural dietary fiber extracted from apple pomace. It is insoluble in water and swells quickly when in contact with liquid. It is a source of pectin, which is not digested in the human digestive tract. Young wheat grass powder - a powder made from carefully selected, germinating plant sprouts, which after harvesting are, among other things, stripped of water and dried. Young wheat grass powder is a source of chlorophyll, vitamins and minerals. Powdered algae - spirulina and chlorella are algae referred to as superfoods, which are a valuable source of many micro- and macronutrients. Inulin - a compound made up of more than 30 molecules of simple sugars that are linked by β-2,1-glycosidic bonds in an unbranched chain. It is a polysaccharide of plant origin, which is a reserve storage. Inulin is used as a dietary fiber and prebiotic, i.e. a food for good bacteria residing in the digestive system. Soy lecithin - a substance obtained from soybeans, which is a mixture of phospholipids, which are components of cell membranes of living organisms, as well as glycolipids, sterols and fatty acids. Elderberry extract standardized to 40% polyphenols and 5% anthocyanins - extract from a plant of the moschatel family, which is distinguished by its white flowers, gathered in large umbels, and dark purple, fleshy fruits. The elderberry extract used in OstroVit is standardized for the content of polyphenols, i.e. organic chemical compounds from the phenol group, and anthocyanins, which are organic chemical compounds from the flavonoid group. Turmeric rhizome extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids - extract extracted from the tuberous rhizome, which is distinguished by its distinct taste and aroma and yellow-orange color. It is a valuable source of active ingredients, the most important of which are curcuminoids. Green tea leaf extract standardized to 50% polyphenols - extract from Chinese tea leaves belonging to the genus Camellia sinensis, which are only subjected to steam and drying during production, which has a positive effect on the preservation of valuable nutrients in the plant structures. The green tea leaf extract used in OstroVIt is standardized for polyphenols, which are organic chemical compounds from the phenolic group that naturally occur in plant raw materials. Grape seed extract standardized to 95% proanthocyanidins (PAC) - extract from the seeds of fruits from the grape family, which contain many biologically active substances - the most important active ingredient present in grape seeds is considered to be, counted among flavonoids, oligomeric proanthocyanidins (PAC) with antioxidant properties. Ginkgo biloba leaf extract standardized to 24% ginkoflavonoglycosides and 6% terpene lactones - extract from one of the oldest seed plants in the world, which is referred to as a living fossil and is a valuable source of active substances.
