Another quality product from CNP and made in the UK! 26G of protein per serving and with it being whey isolate is mixes much better in my opinion, the cereal milk is a unique flavor but very mild and doesn't repeat on you like most artificially flavored ones highly recommend!

The powder forms a smooth, creamy consistency with water and with milk. The protein shake thankfully taste true to the description without the much feared, overwhelming artificial taste. The shake has a milky, vanilla flavour with only a subtle sweetness like the milk leftover after eating a bowl of cereal. Most pleasingly, each time I have drank this, including drinking this in the morning on an empty stomach, my stomach has taken this well- no bloating or sickly feeling! The shake is light on the stomach. I have since been drinking this freely after workouts and in the afternoon without complications. In all, I love CNP protein, both their mass gainer and whey protein in this case has been a wonder in ttaste and nutrition. The only issue I would highlight is the value. This product in terms of size and price unfortunately falls a little short. A quick search would show anyone that the protein market is extremely competitive. Some of the better known brands offer a large serving quantity for around the same price. Following the instructions was very easy; to make up the drink you just use the scoop provided and add one scoop to 200 - 300ml of water then shake in a shaker. The powder mixes in well and comes out at a good consistency. Flavour wise this one does taste a like cereal milk as it's meant to but just a slightly watered down version. Unfortunately for me it did have a bit of an unnatural aftertaste that I wasn't too keen on but other than that it was quite enjoyable. For me personally I preferred the salted caramel flavour by this brand. Results wise I found it to be a great pre-work out drink, I have really noticed that I can push myself further in my training when I drink this. So with that in mind, I'd definitely recommend!

I'm really happy with this powder. It mixes well with water (I use more water than necessary and then use the drink throughout my training session) and provides a generous amount of protein without too many calories. The flavour isn't strong and it is inoffensive (cereal milk is unusual but I liked it) - you're drinking it for the goodness rather than the pleasure!! Be prepared for the huge bottle - it was about 2/3 full which means not too much wasted packaging. Always best to buy in bulk when you can and this is a good value buy.
