These Osavi Vitamin B1 Capsules arrived in perfect condition in a small white plastic bottle. The bottle indicates the actual capsule size, which is a good idea - these are a little smaller than the 'typical' capsule size, but its handy to know before you break the seal whether you'll be OK with swallowing them. A good idea that others might follow - and I had no problem swallowing these. There is no taste when you take one capsule but if you inadvertently have a sniff of the capsule when you are taking it, there is a vitaminy' smell (vitamin B often is a bit 'yeasty' in smell) which is quite strong if you put your nose to the capsules in the container. I have been taking one of the capsules each day for a week now and have had no adverse effects there is no aftertaste and no stomach upset. Vitamin B1 is meant to be good for the heart , the nervous system and also helps with the body's energy production so I am hopeful of these capsules doing me some good in the long run. There are 120 capsules provided and the recommendation is to take one a day so there is a good 6-months' supply. They are suitable for vegans and are priced perhaps a little cheaper than other similar products available. Recommended.

The capsules are not large and thus easy to swallow, have a long future expiry date, do not emit any odour and do not leave any aftertaste, I have had no side effects whilst taking them.

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 4 months. Pretty good value for money at just a fiver! You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider especially at the current price and if you're vegetarian/vegan.
