Never heard of this brand but looks like a good quality company... I normally use a well known brand but I'm more than confident with this product.... Fantastic quality and great for the winter months to help boost your immune system... Tablets are easy to take and definitely no aftertaste....

I regularly take fish oil supplements and I saw these pop up on the Vine product list so I thought I'd give them a whirl as my current pack was running low. I was very impressed with what arrived, a nice robust bottle containing 180 capsules. The labelling is clear and easy to read, design is uncluttered with a clean edge. On opening the bottle's lid I was happy to see a tamper seal on the bottle which was assuring that they hadn't been contaminated or opened previously. I compared these capsules with similar Omega 3 offerings on the Holland & Barrett website and they seem to have a higher Omega 3 content along with 50% more capsules than similar priced products. The real proof of how good these capsule are for many people will be in the taking. I found them good to swallow, much the same as high end products. I liked the faint lemon smell when placed in my mouth although other fish oil capsules I've taken in the past haven't had any real aroma. I didn't get any 'fishy' or lemon tastes or smells after taking these capsules which was a bonus. As to whether Omega 3 and fish oils in general have any noticeable effect is open to debate, I take them because I'm told that they are good for memory, heart, joints and skin among many other things although if I'm honest I can't point to any single thing that points to Omega 3 giving me a boost. Overall I'd say this brand of Omega 3 capsules are good quality and value for money. They have nothing that is less than what the high street brands have to offer. Their presentation is excellent and this gives them a polished high end brand appearance. I'd but them again based on my experience.

1000mg capsules of fish oil are the largest of my daily intake of tablets at the moment, so these 1300mg capsules are really pretty large, and probably wouldn't suit anybody who has difficulty swallowing tablets and other supplements. However, they are a well-made product, and if you can swallow these things easily I can recommend them.

90 days of Omega3 supply (2 soft gel capsules per day) makes it good value for money. This combination helps boost immune system, just in time for the winter. Softgels are twice bigger than Vit D softgels from same brand I also got. This is new brand to me but its from Poland so worth to try. Softgels have citrus scent and after consumption there is no fishy aftertaste or anything like that. Regardless the size, they are not difficult to swallow, just get cup of water in hand and flush it down the throat :) Container with these softgels came well sealed. Best before date is marked at 03.2024 so 1.5 year nearly left to use it. I can recommend this product.

Omega 3 has many benefits but as with most supplements. It is difficult to actually note much of a difference when taking so I just assume that anything that doesn't cause a negative reaction can't be harmful to take! This one is a softgel capsule of which you take 2 daily for recommended dose. This bottle works out at 3 months does and isn't bad value for money. I can't say I taste any lemon but no fishy aftertaste so that's a bonus.

I've been taking these daily, I know omega 3 is good for your body and I do feel a difference, especially in my daily activities. I would recommend to anyone!
