Myo Nutrition Pre-Workout-Spray (ohne Stimulanzien), 30 ml, Zitrone

I struggle with pre workout products as they all have caffeine and I have ADHD so that would trigger my impulsiveness. Was so pleased to find a caffeine free product so I'm already going to say for me great value. Just a few squirts under your tongue, no preparation at all. Slight lemon flavour not at all overpowering. I'm converted to this and great ingredients to for pre weight training.

I like to do quick 20mins Hiit workouts in the morning so thought this would be perfect to help give me a stimulant free boost for my session without having to take extra Caffeine in addition to my morning coffee. In terms of boosting stamina during AM workouts I can't say I've noticed much - possibly my morning coffee is sti keeping me boosted. However, I've also tried it late afternoon (just before I collect my kids from school) to give me a little boost for the last half of the day without having coffee as I don't like to drink anything with Caffeine in it after 12pm. In this case I think it does make a difference! I feel less fatigue post school run and possibly better cognitive focus. The spray function makes it easy to count the 4 required pumps for a dose, with a dropper (how tinctures are normally taken when they need to be placed under the tongue) it can be tricky to get the exact dosage, especially if you accidentally get a double drop in one squeeze - you can't easily see this unless you're looking in a mirror. So for that reason I do prefer the convenience of the spray. However, I prefer the the dropper as you can drop it straight under the tongue, the spray seems to spread easily and cause a tickly cough because it sprays quite wide and reaches the back of the throat no matter how careful I am.

This is my first review as a Vine member. This item was sent to me free in exchange for a truthful review. As a vegan, health and wellbeing are important to me and we are just on the cusp of product catch up balancing out the huge range of non vegan items. This spray claims to contribute normal protein synthesis, normal cognitive function, normal macro metabolism and normal protection if cells from oxidative stress. Now, if like me you have a basic grasp of what that means but not really then let's tackle this from a different angle. Let's assume that your body does all that anyway and this item merely contributes to normal bodily function. It would be hard to say either way whether it does or doesn't so I'll tell you what it does do and what it contains from my knowledge of ingredients. Ashwagandha helps reduce blood sugar, anxiety & stress, reduces inflammation and helps increase muscle mass. Ergo this is the perfect ingredient for the purpose this spray is going for. Ginkgo is great for blood circulation, increases dopamine, eases leg pain. Ergo this is another perfect ingredient for the purpose of the spray. Panax ginseng improves cognition, improves energy levels & aids weight loss. Don't know about you but if say that's 3 for 3 of perfect ingredients for natures energy drink no? So exercise wise I do my min of 10k steps a day when I'm well (chronic pain & other conditions), I swim, I do dance workouts and I've started cycling a bit. I used this spray before a 5k step speed walk & I was DEFINITELY more energised, did it with more oomph than usual (was able to dig deeper for energy) and I genuinely wasn't gasping for fluids like I usually am. I'll be using this daily now & PURCHASING more when it's gone! I'm going to look for more MYO products now! Tastes a bit like Mr kipling yellow French fancies, sweet lemon taste, not at all overpowering. Simply spray 4 times under the tongue, hold for 30 seconds then swallow. Job done! Small enough to pack if hiking or out and about but need a boost. I would absolutely say this gives you an energy boost. I've no doubt about that! Very pleased with this item. I normally have a pre workout drink before I go for a hike, this was the first time I have tried a spray. I am impressed, I prefer it to a drink for a few reasons. First is convenience, second is calories and third drinks are often very sweet, the spray tastes much better. I find it easy to use, just 4 sprays under the tongue and that's it, the handy thing is if I'm going for a cross country hike that will last most of the day I can take the spray with me, hardly and weight to it at all and quick to use. It works quicker than a drink and it gives me a higher energy level than a drink. There is no caffeine, so no horrible side effects and no nasty drop off. You get 160 sprays in the bottle, so at 4 sprays per use that is 40 uses, making it 40p per use, fantastic value.

This spray is a very easy-to-take supplement - I'm really a fan of sprays rather than pills as they are easier to take and also a more quickly absorbed into the body. This spray has just the seven ingredients - MCT oil, natural lemon flavour, ashwagandha powder, ginkgo biloba extract, panax ginseng root extract, zinc oxide and stevia. Many of those ingredients I have used in other supplements but I haven't had a supplement with all combined. This is great if you want a workout boost without extra calories from a protein shake supplement. I have felt that my energy has been better since taking this. It tastes sweet and lemony which is pleasant which makes a nice change as I have had some pretty yukky tasting supplements before. You only need four sprays before your workout so the product should last at least a month as it contains 30 ml
