I Purchased These Despite The Lack Of Reviews Because A)

I purchased these despite the lack of reviews because a) I'm lazy. If I'm going to take pre-workout it has to be a shot and b) my TNT lime were ridiculously priced. I take half of this 15 mins before a double workout (spin followed by lifting) and mix the rest in my water. You get the usual hot creepy crawly tingles but they make a massive difference to stamina and mental focus. After my first one I came home and organised my sock drawer and cleaned the house top to bottom. I'm a five foot nothing 34 year old so possibly they're slightly too strong for me. Wouldn't be without them though. Only advice - don't take after noon unless you like busy head while you're trying to sleep. They taste like the blue panda pops.
