Does what it's supposed to. No itchiness, don't feel like your hearts gonna explode. Taste is a bit too sweet for me
I was quite unsure about the sherbert lemon flavour when picking it but it is such a lovely taste (it reminds me of some sweets but even nicer) and it is very pleasant to drink! No strange under-tastes here whatsoever. I am literally addicted to it. Performance is great and very important feature but I also like when I actually can enjoy drinking it. After all it is my first flavoured drink in the morning after the plain lemon juice water and it sets me in the mood mentally if I really like it. Not artificially tasting, not acidic and not too sweet either. Just the perfect combination of flavour and sweetness. I am a bit picky and dislike too acidic or artificial tastes, strong chemical colours and I prefer if possible not too many unnecessary additives. The cleaner the product the more pricier it is but I think the price here justifiable. I don't feel any tingling when taking it and also the peak is not as sharp and short, I feel the effect somehow feels more balancing energy wise on my body over the longer period of time. But that's what I have also noticed with other 'fat burning' pre-workouts. Caffeine content is 225mg per serving. Tube is 200g , dosage is 10g scoop in 150ml water. 20 servings in tub. I personally prefer smaller amount of liquids with pre-workouts. It dissolves easily with a few stirs. Ingredients seems all good to me and apart from usual, there is also energy boosting Yerba Mate, vit B6 and Zinc. It definitely makes me go on much longer, more balanced without fatigue or muscle soreness. Tub, scoop and lid are recyclable. Only mini con is that it is only 20 servings, so not for the whole month. I have tried a few things from this brand and it has quickly became my favourite sports supplement brand. I would recommend it and I would personally buy this particular flavour many times over.
This is one of the must-have products if you are on a weight loss diet and you do workout regularly. I had the chance to try this couple of times pre-workout and it really kicks at some point, and even makes me sweat even more. The flavour is the best I have tried. I am a big fan of sherbet and I make it from raw lemons usually, and this pre-workout comes with this taste, which is unusual as UK is not very famous for sherbet taste, I would definitely recommend it.
