This shea butter lotion contains 10% pure shea butter, which moisturizes the skin with a nourishing and hydrating layer. Sunflower lecithin's phospholipids also enhance the moisturizing properties of shea butter and help prevent moisture loss.

INGREDIENTS: Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter (tree nut).

RECOMMENDED USE: Gently apply as desired, paying close attention to dry or rough areas; reapply as needed.

WARNINGS: This product is naturally solid and color/texture will vary depending on temperature. This product will melt when warmed above body temperature and become solid again when cool. This is natural and may affect the appearance, but will not harm the quality of the product. This warming and cooling may produce fat crystals that affect the color/texture, making it appear grainy or uneven. If solid, shea butter can be softened by placing in a pan of hot water (e.g. 100 ° or warmer) for 30 minutes or by microwaving until soft. Caution for Microwaving: This jar contains a foil seal. Do not place this jar directly in microwave. Before microwaving, scoop out desired amount and place in a microwave-safe container. Allow time to cool before applying.

I use the shea butter several times a day on my abdomen area where I have a skin rash from having a belly too big that hangs over my belt buckle. It seems to be the only thing that works on the dried up skin. It works really well when used appropriately. I couldn't be more pleased with the product & it was received inj a very timely manner.
