This hole is added during the manufacturing process of the closure. The reason for this is it allows for a very small amount of ventilation in the final product.

Brilliant does everything that is says it does
It’s creatine and relatively cheap
Perfect taste, awesome brand and excellent price
Creatine is a supplement that is supposed to aid muscle development if you do resistance training and can also aid brain function. As with all untested (in the UK) supplements its up to the individual user to work out if it helps them or not. I think it's helping me in the gym and it may be helping with puzzle solving too. Will it work for you? No idea, and more importantly neither has the manufacturer (be wary of any company in the UK who claims a supplement does something, without having it tested) it's really a case of try it and see, as far as I can gather it won't harm you unless you have an allergy to any of the ingredients but as with all allergies it's up to you to make sure that is the case before you use it. The ingredients list is easy to see in the sales details photographs. As for the supplement itself it comes as a flavoured powder that mixes into a glass of water. I take the recommended dose every morning.
